I will be refinancing my duplex in Salem, MA (north of Boston) in the next few months to lower the rate and potentially pull some money out.

@Luis Barrios I know for a fact that both I and @Frank Patalano regularly meet with other investors such as yourself, so while I can't speak for him, I know that I'd be happy to get together, and I would strongly suspect Frank would as well based on past behavior :)As far as other groups if you can't wait a few weeks until the next RIREIG meeting, I don't know of any others in Rhode Island but there are a few in Massachusetts such as Black Diamond REI.
