Bank Suggestions for a HELOC in Mass

Hey everyone,

I was looking for some local bank suggestions that I should work with to apply for a HELOC. I went to one Credit Union with a good reputation and excellent customer service. However, the Appraisal company they used was completely incompetent at running comps. They were pulling single families and condos as comps for my two family. They were also using comps from over a year ago and from other towns. Needless to say, after some back and forth, I won't be moving forward with that HELOC application. Any suggestions for a bank or credit union in Massachusetts would be great!

Thanks!!
