Salt Lake has some seasonal vacation demand for skiing, Sundance Film Festival, various conferences downtown.Has anyone had success in holding property for this purpose?

The Medford rental market is strong and has very very low vacancy rates .5% - 1.5% fluctuating.

Hi BP community,I'm fairly new to the Los Angeles market, but am aware of the low caps, competitive prices, and low value-add opportunities.

I only have about 5K right now since I've just started a good full-time job about 5 months ago that isn't seasonal work. 

They offer the "close in 7 days" deal, and get me a underwriters dissuasion before looking for having a property under contract which is the main reason why I choose them.I have a about 10% down, good credit score and low debit to income. 

Conventional will be depending on credit, seasoning, LTV's, DTI etc. 

I hope you're investing endeavors are going well.Tough market right now in the area and price range I'm looking, low inventory.I found an off-market property from a landlord that's tired and wants the property gone.
