There's always a certain number of "don't give a sh**" people out there who are looking for easy places to live where they won't be hassled to pick up their trash, mind the noise, etc.

I’ve been interested in getting started in airbnb, but with all the information available online I’ve fallen victim to analysis paralysis.I’m open to hear others thoughts on what they would do if in my position. p.s.I live in Michigan 

My wife and I are new to this community, and we are currently considering properties in Saratoga Springs New York for living / investment purposes.

Traditional mortgage, HOA does not allow immediate rental (need to live in it for 2 years), and so I did but with the intent of renting it in the future.

While doing so I will have to live in the property for however long that takes as well.

I live in Southwestern Connecticut, and am looking for places that are not only ideal for escaping the winter months but also have strong potential for rental income/future resale value of the property.

She wants to continue to live at the rental when she returns, and she a great tenant - so I am going to let her sublet. 

I currently own properties in West Texas but I live in the Austin area and want to buy closer to home.

I see a lot of need for hosts to connect with others to share best practices, problem solve, make connections and so on in a live, interactive way so that is the purpose of this group.
