If you're getting 80%, I’d love to hear what the qualification process looks like, since that's not something I've come across lately.

I've successfully sold with good profits then, but it's more nerve-racking and I like things to be data-driven.

I know this has been spoken about before but I am currently working on building tiny home developments, like multifamilies using tiny homes throughout the country and was wondering if anybody else is doing the same or has interest.

I'm just thinking if we can do something like this as a builder to where we can make our numbers work and the investor can basically BRRR his way to growth and cash flow, there has to be more builders out there that can do the same thing.  

Then a wise man who was already successful doing what I wanted to be doing shared some common sense that I took to heart: settle on ONE strategy to get started and block out all the other noise, the BS, and the well intentioned but misinformed friends and relatives telling you that you can’t do this.

I appreciate any assistance with this matter.
