You'll be required to document that you can keep your existing job while moving to another state, or you'll have to document a new job you have in that new state.If you have a remote job, this is relatively easy to prove (email/letter from HR) and can be a great way to house hack.

Don't stop until you hit your target gross income goal (think retirement and replace your 9-5 job).

In regards to taxes, I have a W2 job and I also have a 1099 job.

When in reality there is a desperate need for healthcare workers around the country and we could have a job tomorrow if we wanted.

Or do you also have a W2 job?
