@Jonas Tryggvi Stefansson we do a pretty thorough pre-screen over the phone and if they seem qualified we send an app via txt or email-the vast majority of callers do not get this far.

Check out ( deal machine App) if you are going to be driving for dollars, At BP podcast they announce it all the time. also, I have heard good things about it. .Also If you want to contact the seller fast, search the name on city appraiser webpage. , you could search mailing address and type it at homemetry.com you might find a number related to the mailing address or google the name , use yellow pages, etc and contact them..

I am pretty low tech, I just use the same listing apps that I list on and search in my zip code for similar types of listings.Zillow Rental Manager post to HotPads and Truliaand Apartments.com posts to about dozen different rental sites/apps.I've heard good and bad about FaceBook, no experience with it.Haven't use Craigslist in over 5-6 years.Good luck!
