Though I have no ties with real estate, I have been curious about real estate at various points in my life and the successful individuals in my life in one way or another seemed to be involved in RE. 

I searched online and one house, let’s call it Property X, has caught my attention.

If they are owned outright I would sell them individually to home buyers, definatly not to the tenants, with seller financing.

Same models apply to individual investors...they usually do one or the other, or some combination of them.Turnkey providers are flippers.

I've gone the online route which resulted in no available loans and an inbox full of mortgage officer voicemails. 

What is the difference between Individual 1, Individual 2 and Household in the Demographics tab?

They're actually an online investment advisor firm aimed at busy millennials.

I highly recommend googling property management within 10 miles of whatever deal your considering and filtering out from there based on reviews online and from speaking to people over the phone (reach out to experienced realtors in the area).  

Has anyone ever had a note called by the lender if title was transferred to a LLC from an individual's name?
