Does anyone have any recommendations for financing a property that consists of a single family home, a self storage unit and a manufactured home?

Most agents are self employed and EVERY agent has other obligations in life whether that be a w2 job, children, etc.

I invest in a wide variety of assets, but my on-market team does mostly residential, including multis, and we do commercial, just not commercial leasing so you can hybridize it.

So when I first started I put everything in my personal name because it was, and currently because I still self manage I let tenants know I am the sole owner and I manage everything like a business.

If you cannot advertise the home with the increased number of "bedrooms" maybe you could list the property with the number of "rooms" to include the sizes. 

This saves time and hassle for everyone involved, including your realtor.
