New laws are causing MH dealers to pull thier hair out, better have an attorney check what you want to do.As to maintenance and ARV, MH crap, like some stoves, hot water heaters, bath tubs are built just for MHs, so if you are replacing with stock items you need to become familiar with those prices, but often you can improve with real home fixtures from the box stores. :)

Just because you only sell one in 12 months, you will likely be advised by any Realtor, closer or attorney to have basically qualified any buyer, kind of like being exempt, but not from prudent business practices.My advice at this point, slow down, see your attorney and get ready for the hot months of RE, ready to hit the ground running within the bounds of the new environment.

Concrete it also depends on the climate of where your properties are located.It makes a difference if the property is cool year round, hot , or a mix of the two.Many concrete slabs have imperfections which get expensive to level and finish out into a useable floor.

I can do most maintenance my self, can change hot water heaters, unplug drains, and have even installed a few simple furnaces, but I have a handy man who I also use especially for laying carpet and tiles etc.
