Hello Community,Besides your local REIA group, are there any other real estate-centric events that you would recommend?

Spend you time marketing to your sphere, talking to people, going to networking group, and just generally providing value to those around you.

It wasnt really state but a pseudo state group.

I am more looking for ways to connect with these groups/investors and start to create relationships.

Your thoughts align with what I've read and heard from other folks as well.I found a local Bay Area REI group here on BP by searching for events in my area.They meet every 1st Wednesday of the month at a downtown SF hotel.

Then join his Mastermind Group for a small monthly fee.
