I will be transferring my RE license to NC and would love to connect with all professions in our great community.

The Midwest has some great opportunities right now and could be worth a look.

There was huge demand this year and not much lasted more than a week on the market if it was priced right.As for traditional rentals muskoka is a great market because our average family income is around 59,000 per year leaving a large portion of people in that lower income level.

Our county has a list of approved/licensed septic servicers on their website.

As a sellers agent, you do have significant work to do by putting up the property and doing open houses and talking with buyers agents giving them information.

There are dozens of deals out there run by operators with great experience.
