litigation will eat up much of your 75k you stand to lose..I would want to know if there is a attorneys fee clause if you win and even if you do win.. sometimes the judge just gives you a grand or so..

It’s actually pretty simple math .no optimism involved you could do it on a SFH if you bought right Pay ten or so grand for the house . 75 for taxes .30$ for insurance . 175$ for the loan payment ...
