Honestly in any case, you should have skin in the game before an investor decides to go with you. or you better have a lot of assets in your name that can be used as collateral if you want to go the no money down route.

Start reading and take time to engage other members.

Both are the same but one is interviewing men and the other women.I did find interesting similarities between the upper half of income earners vs the lower half.Granted, the people barely scraping by are going to have a much harder time getting involved in this game, but all the same, it's a quick read that hopefully reaffirms what most of us are trying to do....be financially well off!

Different times, different environment.After making the decision to go back into the game, and after months of reading and listening to BP podcasts, we finally pulled the trigger and put an offer on a house in Vallejo CA.

The reality though is the Genie is out of the wholesaling bottle be it Guru's  BP or any other RE site there are just too many folks with no money experience etc.. that get talked into the best way to get into the game is to wholesale.. so never going to stop it.. that's for sure.

I believe the lawyer I currently have isn't disclosing all information or is engaging in shady activities.
