I still look around Charlotte, but think I will focus at first in the outer cities (Cary, Wadesboro, etc.) as the deals have a higher capex and less capital up front.

I am located in Parker, CO (just South of Denver) and have focused my search to Colorado Springs as the market is somewhat more affordable than Denver, it is within driving distance and I have family in the area.

Luckily it was caught, added onto the HUD-1 and I was left with no obligation to it.I've done several Multi family transactions prior to this without the aid of an attorney and was never made aware of this concern.
