In designing the foundation, you may want to include ancillary site features, driveway, patio in your deep foundation plan as any unforeseen settlement with those features may open you up to future litigation.

Some of them have superior features and protections for investors, and others don't.  

We still have not onboarded tenants to it and have found some features that need some work.For example managing bad debt and any cash coming in from wage garnishment is hard to track.
