@Scott Houin the communication is the issue here, not the failure to increase rents.

Failure for us to come to an understanding about this may result in me having to file a police report for theft and harassment as well as seek compensation in court for my lost rent... 99% chance that a higher up tells the employees to knock it off. 

My situation is a complete failure and I'm contacting an attorney to get refunded so I can replace the entire roof.

In total we found/fixed the following problems which individually didn't result in total/immediate failure:1. 20' of failing early-1900's cast iron pipe2.

Or is that setting my self up for destruction and failure? 

I can accept failure, everyone fails at something.

What I was trying to say is I don't let fear of failure stop me.
