They are definitely understating expenses or have found a way to live on property, self-manage, and keep expenses to a min through relationships who do jobs on the property for nothing or an extreme discount.

The cracks are so extreme that it almost looks like the bottom is going to fall out because they create a nearly complete semi-circle around the edge.

@Subbie Kaur: Thanks for your input and my strategy is to buy low and sell High, with that said I am in the beginning stages of investing and have a limited knowledge of the inner workings of Taxation Corporation structure so on and so on and I'm sure there will be some bumps along the way but to make a long story short my strategy is simple to make money honestly and legally regardless the end of the day make money

Assuming there is a flexible assignment clause in the contract to begin with, and wholesaler #1 is honest with the seller and wholesaler #2 is honest with the buyer, what could go wrong?
