(may discredit myself) Real Estate Entrepreneur?  

It takes a special mindset - mostly that of the entrepreneur to get off your butt and do something.Even if you do it part time (as do I) it can consume free time.

I've been reading a lot of RE books (most recently spent my weekly education budget on books recommended by a thread on this forum!) and so far haven't encountered a great deal with explicit step by step directions. M...

My brother, Larry, is a true entrepreneur, a seasoned investor and former broker, my partner Terry is great with construction and maintenance issues, and I'm Becky, the bird dog, though I'd prefer to be an eagle with an eye for some promising properties.

That's because the instructions to the closing agent say that funds are not to be disbursed at all unless certified funds are in escrow for the other settlement, you close the first deal immediately prior to the other or you don't close.

My goal in life is to be the best I could be for my not only myself but for my family and others in need. I may be young but that won't allow myself limitations.

Instead, many of these entrepreneurs will have the ability to roll over their 401(k) funds into a solo(k) or self-directed IRAs.
