I am wondering when the option is exercised, and let's say the contract starts in October do I take the CPI W that's released by Social Security in the beginning of the year and in October of the option years adjust it up with that rate?

Not only will it enhance the marketability of the house, it's a way "greener" option in terms of saving energy and water!

I believe this conversation is going in circles now, but I will ask you to just do a quick paper exercise to see if you hold the same view.
