I find this site to be a great resource tool and a boon for those trying to learn!

BP IME is not a great resource for legitimate information from commercial operators - for that, just look in the tax records and cold call the owners of the type of property that you want to buy and ask them questions, tell them you're just getting started - 2 out of 3 will be happy to talk to you and lend you a hand. 

Good folks like you are exactly what I need to use as a resource to make sure I don't.

Follow up questions would be what's the best resource to find tenant-landlord laws?

This gives retirees more money on their dollar, while getting them out of the management responsibilities they had energy for in their youth. 

That being said, I do have resources available to find and vet realtors to find one that would be a good fit for you.
