I'd prefer to just purchased this foreclosed home AS-IS and not have them Renovate it.Any suggestions on my presentation in the email, should I let them know I"m a Realtor or just initially inquire about purchasing the property without renovations?

in VA a 30 day notice is 30 days from the rental due date not just 30 days from.whenever you choose and he ignored his false 30 day termination via email so if i were to pay the prorated amount i would have agreed to his terms and he is not accepting my rent and I have severe health issues and needed the time I was legally entitled to.

California and Florida are two very different states in regards to real estate so I would imagine studying for both would just hinder your education.As far as brokerages it’s hard to ask for advice because most people would obviously say their brokerage is the best.

I feel like 20-something y/o's are being dupped into it as well, and want to avoid that regret of throwing money in there just because every traditional W-2 employee thinks it's the holy grail for retirement.The reason why I leaned towards not using their plan is:- I plan on retiring by 40 and imagine there's a big penalty for taking money out before 60.
