Essentially my bottom line will likely be effected nearly 30-40% because of discounts I will have to give for longer stays.I guess my questions are the following:1.

Gas station employees, mechanics, landscapers, and many others work in close proximity to petroleum products on a daily basis for decades and they don't experience health issues as long as they observe basic safety measures like washing their hands.

I'm haven't been in this situation before - inheriting tenants - so I can't speak from direct experience, but from what I understand you can't do anything until the tenant's contract is up.

If you follow supply /demand closely, you can experience both!

Also, does anyone have experience in the Nashville market for MTR's?
