Not sure what I should do now to get her out of the property - this is in Florida.

(total approx 200k)We cannot find anyone to loan us money (ok we tried like 2 places)---I just never thought this would be so difficult because we own a house outright & we are still getting turned down because of 2 late mortgage payments when my husband was injured & out of work for 5 months last year.We both work and made enough money on our first flip to buy the 350k house outright.I am a real estate agent & our area is very rural. 

I would reach out to another lender just to compare notes.

One thing to look out for is if the market goes down ask for a reassessment.

I just filed my stuff for the bankruptcy court yesterday but can't seem to find out exactly WHAT happened.

Unless you are incredibly confident in your reno assumptions, I'd recommend getting a contractor out there ASAP to give you an accurate reno estimate if you want to go that path.

On Google Earth, use the two dates 4/2017 and 1/2018 to see the build-out.
