If I have to put out effort it's because they have violated their option and I get to keep the option fee or it is an insurance claim where I have money coming to me as well - granted with hassles of repairs and insurance claims, but money is coming to me one way or another if I have to get "re-involved" including selling with owner financing where I get paid again.I explain ways to save money to my optionees before they do business with me.

Both pointed fingers to the bank and the insurance company noted on the engineers executive summary and said they would need to approve a release.I spent some time on the phone with the insurance company, gave them the claim# and address and finally they came back and said that by law they could only release this to the previous owners.

I had to ask multiple times to get them to admit the annualized rate was around 18%.Their points and fees were also very high compared to other options.They claim to fund 100%, and they might.

And again, there's nothing wrong with that...but at least admit it.You won't find a single example of anything I've ever posted here on BP that I've claimed was fact without supplying reasonable evidence to support my assertions (except maybe that assertion itself :-).
