I’ll try to keep this as short as I can but also paint the exact picture that I am in and desperately need some advice.

And I was left with bad credit and very little money.At first, I tried to avoid phone calls from customers who had purchased water systems from the company because I was embarrassed.

If I end up with the property, probably add it on as basis and depreciate, if not, probably include it on Schedule E - but at its also getting about time a CPA will likely be coming in to the picture too and I'll let them decide if its appropriate.

Many local banks limit their geography and customer base to their area. 

Now I dont mind something 45mins away as long as I'm hiring out most of the work and can get picture updates often. 

I personally am in limbo on where to invest for these reasons because I can picture a surge in price appreciation in the areas with less restrictions.

The child's father is not applying for tenancy, but I just didn't want any problems to arise if he was still in the picture.
