Even though it's definitely a seller's market, the fact that you can get in for 0% down, to control a $750K SFH is a great strategy, considering that prices roughly double every 10 years here. 

You can locate office in your living place if you can close it off and have a minimum of distractions, especially if they are personal.Try to stay in control of everything you are responsible for.
