How do y'all generate notices with unique information for each tenant while also not consuming a ton of time?

Maybe lodging taxes are paid by the guests, but you still have to cover utilities ($300 or more), your marketing fees, your personal time spent managing the property, consumables (soap, TP, paper towels, etc.), and other expenses.I see this as a negative cashflow.

I think that information was also highly generalized on those platforms in a way that could make consumers overreact to the perceived incidence of crime. 

Although I am generally not fan of too much Government interference, I think in this case it protects the consumer.

I am consuming as much information on real estate as I possibly can.
