The officers adviced me to seek legal actions stating that they can't do anything to the seller without court orders because it is now a civil case.

I think time is the biggest benefit on an investor's side, so I want to take action and get on to the next one.

These have two different actions associated with it. 

There are tons of opportunities and tons of people trying to get a piece of the action right now. 

It's more time consuming, but more productive as well. 

If you've ever had to call for artillery, or air support, relied on quick actionable intelligence, or even sometimes getting critical administrative paperwork done; you've had to rely on strangers.

Take the follow up action into your own hands!

Eventually the title company is likely going to file an interpleader action after deducting legal fees and expenses incurred in doing so from the deposit. 

But as long as you have a strong mindset and taking action, good things will keep coming your way.
