I am an investor in the lubbock area and I need some advice on what creative marketing strategies I can employ in a college town with roughly a population of 240,000.

I started with the just the idea of a house for each of my kid's college education.

On line courses vs. paid for courses vs. community college (I am near Diablo Valley College).  

I have been in MIAMI lots of people when they hear MIAMI they think automatically the hot market,it hase the top line and low end properties , just like in central florida winter park witch  is one  of the best area you can invest in with confident but doesn't  mean  winter park dozen't have it's low area but they still hold good value because of many factors close to upscale properties ,very low crime rate, near college park the best college in central florida equivalent to Harvard university Boston MA ,if your a beginner I would focus on lacation first because you can get the best deal when it comes to dollar sign but the return can be dadly because of the location ,you have to make sure for been far where you at in MIAMI to partner with someone from that area is very wise .

It wasn until I started college that I realized real estate investing is what I wanted to do.

I'm at a crossroads...I'm a recent college graduate, living at my parents house with my wife and daughter.

Both units (3 room 2 bath each) are currently being rented for $850/month and the tenants pay the utilities.It's in a decent neighborhood (very low crime) and is about a five minute drive from a division II college. 

Kalamazoo even has the Kalamazoo Challenge (a program that provides free college education if you graduate from high school there).

Check my prior posts, I'm totally biased to my area but if I were fresh out of college and landed a W2 job I'd get a mortgage and live in rehab in mills mill/Dunean/Greater Sullivan.
