Homeowners will get a lot of help with their mortgages thats a given.. but you still have inherited etc.. so i have to think there are going to be a few more motivated folks than normal its just how do you get to them.

The selling agent said he never agree to inspections even with cash- unless it is for information only purposes or there is a limit like "no more than a $590 dollar credit for repairs"Is that normal?
