As many of you … I have more doubts than certainties during this new "normal" of staying apart from each other and avoiding gatherings.Based on that, how are you (or are you) looking for deals still?

Homeowners will get a lot of help with their mortgages thats a given.. but you still have inherited etc.. so i have to think there are going to be a few more motivated folks than normal its just how do you get to them. 

However, if they usually pay by a certain date and it goes a few days past that date, and they haven't contacted the landlord.... it would be normal and customary to reach out to them. 

A payment plan with slightly more generous terms than normal,  providing some groceries.

Ive done a sewer scope and normal house inspection and the estimated costs seems to be 20k from the inspection reports( will probably need to do a gut job).

The selling agent said he never agree to inspections even with cash- unless it is for information only purposes or there is a limit like "no more than a $590 dollar credit for repairs"Is that normal?
