I think B is going to be the star performer, followed by A.Property Expense Ratio: Probably looking more in the 40-45% as opposed to 50-55%.I don't factor too much weight to this measurement.

@Nick Liu if you were to sell, I would recommend doing a 1031 exchange, however, I would always be reluctant to see a performing cash cow that has a long history of success.

Personally if in your shoes I would rather make him an equity partner vs fee based, or pay on performance such as 10% of rents collected, something that is win-win and loose-loose based.
