Has anyone considered converting their property to a Residential Assisted Living home?

As @Luke Carl said. the value is based on the comparable sales of similar residential properties.

You can certainly leave this post here but this forum is mostly for residential properties so you may not get very many answer here. 

There are plenty of anti-STR restrictions, but never on the way you purchased the property.

Hello,I understand the current real estate market and that home prices are selling at all-time highs and the cost of residential building is as well. 

Purchase price: $730,000 Cash invested: $135,000 Mixed use commercial building. 2 commercial units and 6 residential.

Wondering if anyone here knows about the laws and regulations for either renovating an existing multiple building residential (not an apartment building, more like country villa estate) property or building one new in Italy and or Portugal.

The interests rates may be higher than current residential rates, but they are not astronomically high.
