Can you recommend an active local RE chapter in the Chicago west suburbs area.

I have a few properties in West Palm Beach and Orlando, Fl  that has some good equity and I plan on pulling out some of it to purchase more units.

@Zach Westerfield, we are trying to stay East of Navarre, and West of Eglin, just because of commute times.

Looking for people on BP that has experience investing in the state of West Virginia.  

I have a two bedroom two bath condo that is a mile and a half west of Wrigley Field in Chicago that I currently rent to my one and only tenant.

Pushing too far west might reduce attendance as you get closer to more rural areas.I definitely recommend a location with a bar, because networking and cocktails have been paired successfully since the dawn of business itself.

On the west sideIs this worth the money?

I've been looking for multi family properties(primarily duplexes) in the Los Angeles, West side area and seems like there is either limited availability or they are way too expensive to make money.
