I believe the program you're referring to for Veterans is the HUD-VASH program.

recently I found a property retail for 37k but needs about 5k in repair, I inquire into this program from the foreclosure agent but was told there are no more 203k loan, there is 203D loan here in the Houston, Texas area.

Go to the gov. website and read about the loan program.

I became the best in the state at one particular short sale program.

I've spent definitely less than $1,000 on books and programs since I started a few years ago and things are going well.

I support this program and what it stands for.

You can also program just about anything you can think of into it.

Anytime someone is looking for information about a specific guru program I suggest they submit a Google search with the name of the program followed by "scam" and start reading.  

Let me add, I think it's a great program if you find a banker and contractor who've done the process before.
