This will obviously require overtime and sacrifices within many areas of life.During time spent in school and saving up I will also be studying various areas of real estate investing (buying right, strategies, building a team, exposure, learning from others' experiences, locations/properties of interests etc.)I know it's brief, but with the information I've provided, I'd appreciate any feedback, constructive criticism, advice, and/or concerns.Thank you for your time!

Hello I am 18 years old and live in florida.I've been really getting into real estate reading books and studying so I can buy my first property with out any doubts in mind.

In the meantime read books, study the market, listen to podcasts, meet people, build your team.

He walked through what happened step by step and how he did it.What amazed me about his case study is the sheer amount of leads, appointments, and offers he had to make to get to this number.

Here's my reply:I have a degree in business; 45 years business experience; 10 years of training and study in real estate investment, including attempts at wholesaling.

Make sure to do a market demand study to find out the truth there. 

During my studies, some of the sites I have stumbled across have interesting little quizzes to test Investor Knowledge.

I have been studying finance route for the most part, but the location of this place and the possibilities of working the price down, makes this property desirable.
