How do I start investing while in college?
I am currently a full time student on an athletic full ride scholarship. I do not have any student debt and just recently stumbled onto real estate investing. I was captivated by the idea of cash flow and not depending solely from an income from a job or career. What are some steps I can take to ultimately acquire my first buy?

@Javen Gumber Not really. Just have an open credit card or 2 with no balance. Keep it around for awhile and you'll have good enough credit to get started.
Credit Karma is a good resource. Here's an article they wrote on credit scores.
