We've replaced those with standard toilets so we can hook up directly to septic. 

He recommended replacing a sewer line.

@Shabreya BanguraDoes the house have an existing Hvac system that the new equipment will replace, or is it a new install?

However I have not yet settled on the exact type and location of the replacement properties.

It might be quicker with a better result to pull off all the edge tiles and replace them (do you have extra tile or can you can you get some more?).

We have put in new windows, added new siding, destroyed and replaced kitchen cabinets, fixed and repainted the walls and ceilings, redid the bathroom, and started installing new hardwood throughout the house.What was the outcome?

You may get quotes for different coverage levels (Special form vs Named perils) and different valuations (replacement cost vs Actual Cash Value).

The sale price of a property is affected by a number of levers including supply and demand, replacement cost, interest rates, the riskiness of an investment, and, most importantly, the amount a buyer is willing to pay to acquire it.

It's a good idea to look at sewer footage to make sure you won't need to replace the sewer line (that was a last minute surprise for us).
