Should I hire a real estate attorney?

Congrats, what are your real estate investment goals?

My name is Chuck and I’ve been thinking about real estate investing for a long time and now ready to take the plunge.

What would be nice is also to have someone on more often who has been around a longer period of time (ala pre-2008) as most people in real estate only know the good times and what we have ahead of us is not the good times.

New to real estate investing so any help/recommendations means more than you know :) Does anyone know what would be the easiest or most efficient way to go about getting a new quadplex built in the Greater Atlanta/surrounding area?
