Prices are lower relative to almost all other major metro cities (certainly all in the West, but comparable to Vegas).

Hi Guys,I'm in the process of finding some contractors for a remodeling project for a small multifamily (2-4 units) in the Phoenix metro area.

The Apartment Association of Metro Denver has a lease that they offer for their members.

Interested in locations with good school rating and convenient metro/shopping etc. 

Those make me nervous because finding and managing great people is hard enough when you're local, but it seems it can be done if I can figure out a better system and I pick the right metro. 

I currently live in the southern metro, 20 minutes from Minneapolis.

Maybe a metro region if a city isn't large enough - or do a state or even a national one. 

I live on the Virginia side of the city and would ideally like to invest in the area, especially as the metro system (slowly) expands outward

IE buyers market neutral or sellers.. we are still slightly sellers in Portland Major metro for instance. 

Maybe do a Safari one day but having to take shots and other issues not high on my bucket list.When I was in Paris last year we went out to champagne and one of the couples was from Namibia  and they were nice couple but its for sure a have an have nots world.
