Came across info about a company called Zumper that has rental listings and something called "Instant Apply", plus they have released a report on market rents for some neighborhoods. http://techcrunch.com/2015/03/26/zumpers-new-app-l...Anybody heard of them, make use of them, have thoughts or comments, etc.?

@Raul Pedrozo, it mainly makes sense to me to use all your $50k cash IF the property is ALREADY worth $75k+ as-is ie. worth in the order of 50% more than you pay (including any rehab).If it's not giving you instant equity in that range, why offer all cash?
