Granted, there is a sort by time function, but even if a deal can be posted within last hour, based on our current market, it could still be snatched away.

Not every person is knowledgeable about how safety issues we take for granted can destroy both our lives and the people who get injured.One thing I say almost every day is I never look back and regret any mistake I every made because we humans (most of us) try to do the best we could when we made those decisions.

This would allow me to purchase a new property every year or 2, granted I’d have to live in that new home for atleast a year and that would allow me to rent out the old property.

As Grant said there are many areas that would work well for you within the hour drive to Boise.Depending on your budget and goals there are sure to be some good options for you. 

Now, I grant you, today, I might use an LLC to purchase my next property.
