Please help me validate my LLC structure
Can you please help me validate the LLC structure that I have created for our properties? Right now, I have 3 doors but over time, say 5 years, I expect this to grow to 15-20 properties.

Some questions that come to mind
1. Is this too complicated?
2. Are we paying a lot more than we should with respect to insurance and tax filing and other fees
