In that case, should I go for the max I think I can get and then start dropping my price after two weeks?

I think you really need to work with an agent based on what I am reading between the lines in your post. 

Either way its so refreshing to hear this work for others in this forum as opposed to people saying they are savages and need to be treated like animals.
