Hello to everyone I´m really happy to announce that my Real Estate Studies Project (Hestia Real Estate Sciences Initiative) is about to get greenlighted by my college´s (Tec de Monterrey) administrators and it´s going to be a Minor in Real Estate Finance and Development program that will hopefully start in August this year, any doubts and questions you have about my project feel free to ask

Just a guy 2 months away from graduating college with a degree in finance, but still working full time.

It is in a college town and will be easy to keep rented.

Rent, finish college, get a job, then go ahead and apply for a mortgage once you're actually settled into your career. 

I wanted to turn the college housing expense in to an investment instead.

Don't count out Pittsburgh as Shital suggests, its a great area esp.for rentals because of the colleges, tech industries and healthcare industry. 

I have developed an interest in building long-term wealth and passive income after I read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki since high school.Now, I am 20 years old and currently in I am in my third year of college.

In college I was always the guy that would ask a bunch of questions and needed to do the problem 2-3 times before I can fully understand it.

It's located in decent area in the city and near a solid college.

However cost of living does come up, like the father who is concerned that his kids will have to move away from the parents after college..
