Pay: base of $2/hour (not a real pay - just a non refundable advance on the bonus to be earned in the future) + bonus based on a formula that gives you X bonus points for each closed deal (X = % of the deal), Y points for the profit on each deal (Y = % of the profit), and -1 point for each time waster that calls my number (mostly a pay for results scheme).-------------------------- End of Instructions --------------------------------------As you can see, those instructions are quiet different from what many VAs get (such as, run one of each of the 10 ads I am giving you on Craiglist everyday).VA may not be the right term for such work.

Taxes should drop to somewhere around $1,000 mth this year.This property also qualified for Gulf Opportunity Zone, Go Zone, tax benefits which was designed as 50% accelerated depreciation bonus after Hurricane Katrina.The condo units themselves appraised at around $250,000 at the height of the real estate boom when they were constructed in 2007-2008.

When the listing agent submitted the bid on my behalf, she was presented with two lines on the bid submission form:"6(a) Upon sales closing, Seller agrees to pay to the broker a commission (including selling bonus, if offered by seller) of:6(b) Upon sales closing, Seller agrees to pay to the broad listing broker (If broker identifided is not the broad listing broker):"My understanding is that these two fields are automatically filled in with the number 1250, but that she could have reduced 6b to something more reasonable like 500 - I feel that is a reasonable compensation for submitting the bid on my behalf and filling out the hud contract.
