There are many available online that are created to be very general/broad, so if you plan on going the DIY route I would say finding one of those might suit you best - I am pretty used to adjusting them significantly, so the drafts I have aren't generally applicable without adding to them.

DIY or professional suggestions are both wanted.The reason I ask is because my unit leaks water when it gets really humid (thank you North jersey weather). it only happened once this year, and once last year but I'm curious if there is a general maintenance step I could be taking that could keep this from occurring.

In Kansas, my understanding is that you have to have an electrician to tie anything into the breaker box, so you can't DIY much, if any, of this job.
