This is primarily because my parents live there and can act as my property managers, the prices for property are very cheap over there, and I would like to stay in the unit 2 months out of the year when on holiday.

I found a company here in KY that does foam very cheap.  

Cheap does not mean profitable.

I find Amazon sells it pretty cheap.
