@Russell Brazil It's in a great area definitely not on the outskirts of MoCo. 4 bed, 2 bath maybe I am totally under estimating the rent but again I got that from my friend.

Also, get as much automated as possible, like paying bills, Meter readings, etc.Good luck, I took over my family's property 5 years ago(my dad is still alive) and it was nuts at first.
