Hi everyone,

We recently relocated back to D.C. I took the real estate investing plunge a few years back, have two condos in the District, that are serving us well - mostly due to serendipity rather than strategy.

Now, looking to get more strategic, grow the portfolio in DC/MD/VA or opportunistically elsewhere. Interested to learn about portfolio, finance and tax optimization; creating leverage (without exposing the family), etc. and exploring cross sharing/mentee/investing possibilities or just sharing a laugh or a drink with fellow real estate aficionados or enthusiasts.

Not soliciting specific help. Just sharing a bit of context knowing and looking forward to getting to know you.

Happy Friday,

Pat
